I have always avoided cardio training. Recently I have bought a Bluetooth headset – BH-503 and started listening to music while doing cardio exercises. Which is far more fun.
And the first thing I have noticed was that the tracks become well known over time and do not create lasting motivation.
I started searching for some guided workouts or aerobic/cardio audio compilations.
My final result was this: Cardio Coach

My favorite set so far is – Volume 4. The music is amazing and the stretch also. I have never liked running. But now I can’t wait for the next cardio session.
You can see the video here:
Note:
Usually you will use this in the gym using on of the following:
Recumbent Bikes
Upright Bikes
Elliptical Trainers
Cross-Trainers
Treadmills
….
But…. I am using this to run outside.
